You can register on the Enviro Home Services app and place a request at anytime. To download the same you may visit the play store or you may also do the same from the app store.

You may pay for the service requested online from the EHS app at the time of booking. However, if for some unavoidable reasons that may not have been possible, you may also pay in cash for the service requested by you.

If a service is cancelled before 12 hr of the allotted time, there shall be no cancellation fee. As we allot a technician for the service a customer has booked, He would not be able to take any other job request.

Thus, a Rs 50 cancellation fee is charged, when a service request is cancelled within 12 hrs of start time. The only exception is Double booking.

A platform fee of Rs 2.20 (excluding GST) is added to each order. This fee helps the platform cover the expense of running the website, App, keeping it secure and proving customer support

Platform fee is charged on the usage, even if booked services are cancelled, the Platform Fee would be applicable.
